Get out your tents & sleeping bags! Join us for a fun filled family camp out night under the stars and on the field at Deltaville Ballpark!

Gates open at 6:30pm! We'll have all kinds of yard games in the outfield, wiffleball on the infield, music for those who just have to dance and so much more!
We will offer a hot dog & fries dinner which is included in the event! After dinner and as the sun goes down, spread out a blanket in the outfield as we fire up a movie on the inflatable big screen. As much as we'd like you to, you don't HAVE to stay over night to enjoy the fun. For those camping out, we'll go lights out around 11pm. Bring your tent, or camp out under the stars. In the morning, a pancake breakfast will be available for purchase at the concession stand.
Tickets for the event are just $5, payable in advance or at the gate the day of the event. In order for us to ensure we have enough space, food, drinks and volunteers, we request that you please register in advance using the button below.
*The ideal target age for this event is 6-12 years old (Siblings of campers outside the target range are welcome to join your group!). We request at least one adult chaperone per 4 campers*
(If you are a last minute decision, don't let that stop you from coming. We'd just like to have an idea of what to expect and be as prepared as possible!)
FAQ's
What do we need to bring?
Whatever you typically need to camp out! Tent/sleeping bag/air mattress/blankets/pillows. You can pitch your tent in the outfield grass or spread a blanket and pillows out and sleep under the stars! Suggested additional items: Bug spray (We're having the field and woods treated for mosquitos, but, better safe than sorry!), large blanket or beach towels to lay out on in the grass, flashlights/headlamps, folding chairs, battery operated fan, cleaning wipes - especially for those who decide to take a shot at wiffleball on the infield, snacks of course! If you want to bring S'mores supplies, there will be a camp fire!
Will there be power to charge my phone?
There will be a few power plugs available for charging, but these will not be out in the outfield. At night, we will have our field lights turned down to just 5%, for a soft safety glow but we still recommend having a flashlight.
Do I have to camp out to attend?
Absolutely not! While we'd love for everyone to camp out, if you just want to come for the evening of games & movie, we'd love to have you!
What are the ages allowed?
This event is geared towards the 6-12 age range primarily. If an older sibling wants to join for the family camp out they are welcome but this is not a campout targeted for teenagers.
What kind of supervision will there be for children?
While ballpark volunteers will be on hand for the duration of the event to manage everything, it is required that your group have at least 1 adult (21+) chaperone.
Will there be food & drink?
A hot dog dinner is included in the registration! Hot dogs, fries, and a soft drink (or tea/water) will be available for every attendee. We will also have additional drinks & concession snacks available for purchase. For those that choose to camp out, a pancake breakfast will be offered the following morning for an additional $5, but is not mandatory.
How do we register/pay?
You can pre-pay online here or pay at the gate the day of the event (preferably cash only at the gate, but we do have a square reader available - service charge applies).
Registration is not required, but we would really appreciate it so that can ensure we have enough supplies and staff for the number of campers.
